Page 1 of DVD to WMV converter?

Hi Guys,

can anyone recommend any *free* dvd to wmv conversion software?

i`m planning on sticking a larger drive into the pc and ripping some of
my films to it so i can stream `em through my xbox360.

I downloaded Super in the end... but my attention span would barely rival a goldfish too and I haven`t managed to get it to work.
