Is it possible to edit VTS (VOB) files...??

Andy_R (Elite) posted this on Thursday, 18th January 2007, 19:11

Is it possible to edit VTS files....or VOB files....? I have some stuff which I recorded off the telly and would like to cut out the adverts from the beginning and end. I have done so using Windows Movie Maker after I`ve converted the file to avi but I lose a lot of quality!?!

I would love a programme in which you can just edit the VTS file as it is!

Many thanks..... :)

Many thanks for your suggestions! I opted for the `Womble Mpeg Video Wizard` and am amazed at how easy and effective it is! Its so much better than `Windows Movie Maker` which is tripe in comparison. Cheers for leading me onto that I appreciate it...! :)

Womble is fantastic. I now use this for all my editing. I didn`t even have the manual and I got working with it straight away!

:)

glad you find it useful.
