Page 1 of Scanner problem.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Its a scanner/printer/copier with a problem

Prints B&W and Colour
Copies B&W

WON`T Copy or Scan ( then print ) in Colour
All coloured images or scanned images are blue backgrounded !!

HELP !!!

That is a fault with the colour pickup mechanism. On my scanner i found hitting would make it work, but slowly that worked less and less, and in the end i had to get a new scanner. sorry :/
