Page 1 of Web pages wont load?

When i initially connect to the Internet the pages load complete but after viewing serveral pages the images refuse to load just the text, I can click on the links and they work but when the new page loads up, more text and no images.

Help!!

Whos your ISP? Sounds like a high contention rate. Does it happen at all times of the day?

Yep it does - Think I have a virus im installing new virus protection this w/end.

I`m with pipex using broadband and have been getting the same problem. It happened only this afternoon for a while. But if I hit the refresh button, usually the whole page appears.

Wonder if it`s a pipex thing?

I`m with NTL dial-up cant get broadband.

Just installed Norton Internet Security 2005 so im fully protected and im still having the bloody problem. Must be them! Seems OK for about ½ hr then I start getting the problem!

Spoke too soon, most of the links I go to (using pipex) don`t show the txt or images. But DVDR seems to display okay - only when I try linking to sites people have given.

Always worth running Spybot Search and Destroy to remove any spyware that may be sitting on your PC, and back it up with Adaware too.

Try flushing out your temp internet files. This caused me probs a while ago.

I`m still getting this problem (am still with pipex :( )

When I try loading internet pages I just get a square with a red cross in it. I have empted my Temp internet files - but still not loading. It happens to more and more pages with pics on them.

Any help will be appreciated.
