apparently it tunes to a fm station and the sound comes out of the car stereo.

Not really new - been around for a fair while. There are some reviews that are patchy both good and bad - I think TG Hughes was selling these or a variation on the theme for a fiver. You`ll get one off Ebay for £3-5. Should have stated before - these don`t cover you legally.
