Sandi, try clearing your temporary internet files out - should be on the General tab in Internet Options (if using IE). Might help.

Could it be that you have an AD-Blocker running in the background? Just a thought, but there`s no reason why that should prevent the search bar from loading.

Sam.

I had a quick look at the wanadoo site, my ad blocker didn`t stop the search bar being displayed. I`m no expert but I think there`s Javascript at the top of the page - maybe your browser or firewall is blocking that for some reason. I know there is an option in Kerio to block Javascript.

If you are using Win 2000 or XP, you could try creating a new user on your PC then logging in as that user. Your browser should be using the default settings then, be interesting to see if you still have the problem.

Or go to your internet options and click the `restore defaults` button on the advanceed tab. Worth a go ?
