I haven`t bought a computer but I did buy a dvd player from them this week. I live in the Isle of Man and the DVD player was delivered by courier within 2 days. They kept me up to date with the status of the order by email. I have no reason to fault them.

I bought the a base unit (CPU, motherboard, fans, PSU, case etc) from them a couple of years ago and I`m still using some of it. Prompt delivery, good technical support (I had a problem installing windows) and none of the components failed or caused serious problems.

I haven`t bought a PC from them, but I bought a portable VCD player back end of last year, and a DVD player for the kids just before Xmas.

Delivery was quick, and I found after sales was good as the portable VCD player was faulty when it arrived. Phoned them up and told them, they arranged for a courier to pick up the old one and leave a new one next day. Didn`t even have to mess on sending it back and waiting for a new one to come.

Never experienced service like that elsewhere before. Although, that`s just two items, so maybe not always the case. :)
