When this message is displayed, is it a network problem, or a phone problem?

It happens even when there is a full signal......time for a network change!

It happens with T-mobile as well. I`ve stood on my garden bench with phone held high to send a message. Still dont go >:( Usually happens on a sunday for some reason. :/ Keeps the neighbours amused though

I had similiar problem with vodafone - the help desk said it was to do with the recipients phone not being turned on - which I found puzzling because I tested it and still didn`t work even though I got a good signal. Can you send any messages at all?
Another problem the sender typed in the recipients in name in the "to:" instead of selecting it from the contacts page which also got "message sending failed".
Fortunately its a rare occurance.

Virgin actually share their network with T-mobile. Everythung is pointing to a definate network problem here.

Had this problem aswell today. Sent 3 texts to someone on Orange and they all arrived at around midnight. Using Virgin for mine aswell
