As the title says i need help.
I`ve just bought a dual dvd/cd writer and want to connect it along with my only dvd-rom(currently set at region 1). when i put a R2 disc into my dvd writer, which i want to keep atR2, the other rom drive seems to over run it and a message comes up saying that the current region is 1 with 1 change left.as i want to keep the two drives at seperate regions is there anything i can do? Do i need to set the ide cable to cable select or an i stuck with what i`ve got.
Any help would be greatful.

Would it be possible to use another software program to overcome this i.e Power DVD for player 1, and WinDVD for player 2?
It`s only a suggestion and I may be talking out of my rectum, but maybe it`s worth a shot. :)
Also try downloading one of the DVD genie / DVD region cracking tools.
