I`m trying to get a mix album onto a cdr, it`s ok on my pc but when i put it onto a disc there is a 2-4 second gap at the end of each track which defeats the point of it being a mix album. Is there anyway of making it run in to each track without this.Thanks.
Try Easy CD Creator or Nero.
They both allow you to remove the gap and even to do a cross-fade between tracks. For music and cross-fade I think ECDC is much easier to use.

i`ve got nero, i`ve managed to do it but now the media player won`t recognise it, how do i convert it?
Did you do it as an Audio CD? What are the track types? mp3? Nero converts them on the fly. Does your PC play the CD? Have you finalised the disc? Could well be that.. You need to finalise the disc. Also, is it a CD-R because most hi-fi`s don`t recognise CD-RW`s.
Ste
what i`ve done is put them together to make one long track and that`s as far as it goes, when i try to use the file on media player it says unable to open the file, the file is a .vqf file if that helps

Drag the songs from the right window to the left window. Do fades if reqd. (right click track, properties and add fade).
Burn.
