Help with my re-installed NERO Burning Program- help needed?
Just re-installed my nero 4 after trying the new version i had to delete it.
Now first it wouldn`t detect my cd-rom drive -it is now though.
But it is auto-deselecting(or selecting?) some of the option boxes not allowing me to change them.
The box options i`ve noticed are
`On the Fly` (under copy options)
and Dtas mode 1 and 2 (under read options)-- i can`t tell it what to do on finding errors.
The on the fly option box is ticked but can`t be changed.
When i go to copy cd- it now asks for a blank cd- before i could read the cd in the cd-rom drive and put a blank in the cdr drive at any stage.
So it looks as if on the fly is in operation??
Any help to change my settings would be appreciated .
thank-you, colin

I agree - Record Now Max 4.5 is by far the most reliable program I have ever used for burning CDs and DVDs in particular. I`ve been using it for a couple of month and have produced no coasters!
The program is available as a 30-day free trial from www.download.com and I was so impressed that I bought the full version for just over £20 - when buying you have to make sure you go to the European site though, not the US one that the default 30-day trial directs you to.
