Just been watching gameplay footage for this... looks awesome... I`ll take a remote control car and hunt out some boosters any day :-)

I will admit that it does look good but I do have reservations about it. It`s by treyarch for a start which are the company that develop the weaker CoD games. They seem to take the Infinity Ward games and try and jack it up to another level and say "ours is better cos it`s got this gimic" which doesn`t always work.
When infinity ward did CoD2 treyarchs response was to do another WW2 fps like CoD2 for CoD3 but this time it had vehicles! It didn`t work and people soon went back to CoD2. When CoD world at war was released people didn`t like the WW2 setting anymore so went back to the original CoD:MW. When Black Ops is released will we find that it`s full of gimics and people revert back to MW2? I think maybe yes.
Having said all of that I do think that treyarch make the better single player game. Sadly that`s not enough now that CoD`s big appeal is the multiplayer.

I don`t even think that.  MW1 was a much better single player game then World at War.  In fact I think MW2 was a better single player game than WAW - but not as good as MW1).

I`m still unsure on this one, but I would imagine I`ll get it.

I hope the supermarkets will sell it cheaply, as they did for the previous title. And that some kind soul picks up an extra copy and sells it to me (like they did for the previous title ;))

Having thought about it more I think you could be right. When I think back over memorable CoD moments (single player wise) I`m thinking of ones in MW1 (the sniper level where you have to defend the ferris wheel and the level where you are in a barn at the top of the hill and have to get back to the bottom) and CoD2 (level where you climb a cliff and then get the sh*t kicked out of you by some turrets). My memorable thing from WaW was actually how cool it was to fight alongside Kiefer Sutherland. I know it wasn`t actually him (only his voice) but in my head I was fighting Nazis with Jack Bauer.
