Bought a Proline 2000 from Comet (yeah I know, I`m sorry) on Sunday. After 1 hour through Gladiator there was a really bad pause, layer change I thought. After another 15mins the audio stutters, and again in another 5 mins. Something wrong I now think. I then tested it with The Matrix R1 to see if there were any problems. All menus work OK so I watched the Lobby Shooting Spree scene, after 5 mins the audio is 0.5 secs out and it gets worse until a chapter change occurs. Took the player back on Monday and tested the in-store machine with my discs, same problem again!!!! Swapped for an Aiwa DV370, much happier now. DO NOT BUY A PROLINE 2000 PLEASE!!!!!!! If you have one of these machines and have no problems with these disks, please reply so I know if these were just unlucky machines Graham
