I`m new to DVD via the computer. I`m in the process of buying a Toshiba SD-M1612 I think it can be used as a 0 region, are there any hacks for PC DVDs?

I`ve got a funny feeling the `1612 is one drive that can`t be made R0 - I hope someone can prove me wrong on this.
