Not especially clued up in the field of Home Cinema and wondering if anyone could suggest roughly where my money should go? Starting from scratch I want a DVD, Amp, TV, Surround speakers and relevant interconnects. Reason I`m asking is because I`ve heard that about 10% of your budget should be on cabling - is this true? If so, what percentage should I commit to the other items? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
