I have a Toshiba SD 210e DVD, very highly praised but they have a lip sync problem on SVCD discs. And believe me I have seen SVCD discs with not far off DVD quality. I am getting the Pioneer DV-444. I am buying mine from `Sound & Vision` of Bolton (no web site). 01204 861861. I am buying it with the matching Dolby Digital Receiver both for £400-00. This is with RCE enabled. Give them a try, I know £150-00 means £150-00 but you may get a good deal on The Pioneer DV-444. If not they are the place to get whatever you get Cheap.

I`ll vouch too for the Pioneer 444. At about about £180 for a multi-region and macrovision disabled (make sure it does both !) you just cannot go wrong. It`s very highly well reviewed and looks postitivelysexy
