The Worst -
Jingle All The Way - somehow bought a ticket, then came to my senses and decided not to go into the showing. Went shopping check time when finished, there was 10mins left of the film, went in to check how it ended. IT WAS THAT BAD I WALKED OUT AFTER APPROX 4 1/4 MINS, NEVER SAW THE ENDING.

Have dialled the helpline, but they asked for receipt details, i dont have
these, so they asked me to ring the branch i bought it at. done that but i
bought from there in Feb 2000 i think, they canna find anything. So does
this mean i`m screwed?????

Tesco & Wharfedale problem

I telephoned Tesco helpline tonight regarding Wharfedale 750 problem with Jaws, they advised to use GOTO buttons and advised there isnt a upgrade because it is the DVD that has a problem. Can anybody tell me if they have called this helpline and your experiences.
DO YOU THINK IT WOULD BE BEST TO TAKE THE PLAYER TO A STORE.
