DIGITRON Mark 3 dvd - RCE encoding and macrovision built in...

Does anyone have a Digitron dvd out there? I`ve been advised to buy their new Mark 3 model, which has LOADS of features. including the above two, plus the ability to record from DVD to VHS!
I`ve never heard of the make before, so if you have a model, can you please let me know what you think of it.
