Macrovision -Does Macmaster really work?
I have a Toshiba SD210 that is multi-region but NOT macro disabled.
I am considering the purchase of Macmaster or some other "Macrovision busting type device" -- Please can you -da public- give me some advice e.g. experience of use, retailers, websites and prices ....
Thanks

RE: Macrovision -Does Macmaster really work?
The sonel macmaster that i bought last year works like a charm, i have since upgraded my player to one with the macro disabled, but the cable still comes into use for so many other things. It has been useful for putting clip tapes together for my film course, better than trying to get time in an editting room i can tell ya. But i digress, the macmaster is good, i would deffinately reccomend that you buy one,

RE: Macrovision -Does Macmaster really work?
There`s been loads of postings on this in the past if you search the threads they should come up. I seem to remember that they don`t work with NSTC. So may be probs with R1. I`ve been debating getting one myself. It needs it`s own power source as well I think.
RE: Macrovision -Does Macmaster really work?
the one from www.sonel.com comes with the power suply, i think. i emailed the site to ask about the macmaster but got no reply, does any one know if its still trading? there doesnt appear to be a contact number on the site.
