Page 1 of help on this setup please

i have just bought a dansai 852 for my sister and family for xmas but have found out that her tv has only 1 scart position and that is taken up by her sky digibox how do i setup her tv ,video sky and dvd into 1 scart .any help would be great ..

If her video has a scart socket its ok.
Get hack for Dansai and in hidden menu turn off the Macrovision, you can put it on region bypass here too if they will be getting R1 discs.
You can now link scart from the Dansai into the video scart socket and watch dvd picture on the video`s AV channel going into the tele.On the channel they normally watch video on tele.
At least that is what you can do on ours .

the video does have a scart and yes i have already done the region hack and turned off the macro but you did not mention where the sky digi box goes or does that not interfere with this anyway i will not be able to try this till xmas day so thanks for the tip it sounds like it will work but what will picture quality be like ..

I believe in places like Dixons you can pick up a Scart adaptor, that will allow 2 scarts into one scart connection
