GOODMANS DVD3500PK

A few of you seem to have bought this kit for £200 in Comet. Apart from not having the hack (yet), how would you rate it?

For some reason the Comet website does not have the spec/features - has it got everything a new DVD owner would want?

I`m still concerned about the complaints of buzzing from the sub - does everyone have this problem?

I`m thinking of getting one, are they any good?
Is there any inputs so I can put the TV or video output through it, if
so will it still be surround sound?
I`m new to this so any help would be appreciated.
This seems very similar to the Grundig GDV620HT that is sold in Dixons,
are they the same only with a different badge, how do they compare?

I bought one from comet last week and I am well pleased with it, having said that it`s the first one I`ve had.I think the picture quality is excellent and I love the dolby digital 5.1 surround sound (when playing a Dvd recorded in that format which most are.)
As for the output from Tv Or Video, you can connect these from the twin AUX jack plug socket and set the dvd player to AUX and it will play through the speakers but only front left and right and sub-woofer.
Just a word of warning that I missed when buying this, if you have your own music recorded on Cd-R it dosen`t guarantee it will play these, some of mine do and some don`t.

Mine plays some CDRs but not all. CDRW play perfect.

I think it may have something to do with the dye but don`t realy know.

I do not have the hack yet but if you open the tray you can type 3 numbers and the screen display - for each number.

Anyone no what this does, is it a way of changing the region
