I have windows Xp (though Interactive software inform me it was tested with the shrek DVD) and am having problems with the DVDROM content. It installs and loads but as soon as the interactive player starts (though it doesn`t get the dvd menus or rom menus ) I get an Error message. For XP Users it`s the send/don`t send error message.
My dvd rom can play all region dvd`s so why does this happen. If it helps windows media player is giving me the same grief even though 2 months ago it was perfect. Any solutions? Thanks
