Hi,hope some of you guys can help me out,i`m looking to buy a budget w/s t.v (about 350 pounds) could you guys reccomend a decent one for me?Thanx in advance.
p.s. it will be coupled with an Alba dv103.

The philips28 pw 6006 at www. unbeatable is only £320 p+p is £27 £450 at currys very good reviews ex picture quality

Or, you could get the Panasonic TX24DX1 for £360 delivered if you look around. Smaller than the Philips but arguably a better TV! And comes with a stand.

PS Please be aware the Philips TV at unbeatable has no cabinet! I believe the currys one HAS the cabinet (but still a ludicrous price!)

Yeah, but you can buy a model with cabinet - I`m glad of the option of not buying the cabinet, to be honest. Where have you seen reviews of the Philips 6006? I`ve been lookign at getting the 32" version, but have not been able to find any info about it.

if your not bothered about the sound system and got your own then ARGOS has a Thomson 28in for £330 delivered free great picture- great on screen menu.

Just called Littlewoods Discount Store in Coventry - they have 28" from £200 - £350 - I understand they are end of line ones. Couldn`t give me models on the phone (he did mention Sony Trinitron), suggested I come in - if you live near one, might be worth a go...
