Page 1 of WHICH DVD REC WITH HDD

Hi

I`m can`t decide between Pioneer DVR-420 and Toshiba RDXS32.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Out of the two no doubts Pioneer.
Just stick to any of the following names,and you won`t go far wrong.
Sony.
Panasonic.
Pioneer.
This is my opinion,the fact I am right is neither here nor there. :) :)

Yes,the Pioneer has some extra features in its favour like Disc Backup.The Toshiba allows for some better menus,buts thats about it

BTW....does it have RGB in for recording from Sky etc?

It does.In fact the only machines without RGB input are JVC(shortly to be corrected) and some of the cheap DVD+ units from unknown brands
