Page 1 of Multi regional dvd player 4 a computer

Dear All

As I watch tv on my computer, I would like a dvd player that can be attached to my computer. I have a region 2 player included @ the moment. but would like a multi-region one. There is no scart connection to my computer and is still using Windows 98 :(

Any recommendations?
