This is the thing....
My Parents want to buy a cheap DVD player. -£150.
They want it Multi-Region remote hackable to play my discs. BUT here`s the catch. They will only buy from the scum known as the high street stores because they don`t like internet shopping.
Can anyone spare some advise? I think they`re only interested in buying from Comet!, Currys!, Dixons! e.t.c

Go for a retailer that will xchange or refund no question asked! Try Tesco`s - or change your parents.... :-)
RE: OK, can anyone help me out....
Well, I don`t kow if they count, but ARGOS has the LG3200e for £139.50. I know `cos I got one a few weeks ago! It is easily remote-hackable to play any region - so there are no problems playing RCE discs!
By the way though - the LG is not actually advertised in the current Argos catalogue....but almost all their stores have it in place of the advertised (and RCE unfriendly!) ALBA 103.
