Is this one of the one`s still being beta-tested ?

If it is, your request is a little unreasonable, and very unfair on Keith (the guy behind FirmTweak) who is putting a lot of hard work into making this venture work. You`re probably better off waiting for the thing to be thumbs-upped before asking for a copy.

If not, I apologise - you need to check out the latest at his site

Clayts - I think he was asking for firmware ROM images, not FirmTweak itself :-)

For ROMs, take a look at my site:

http://www.709firmware.fsnet.co.uk/

Note that you *cannot* flash the firmware via CD; you need to use an EPROM programmer. My site FAQ explains what you need to do, alternatively take a look at my EPROM programmer site:

The latest version of FirmTweak should be downloadable from Keith`s site. If you want to test out new features, I`d email Keith and ask him about becoming a beta tester.

Mike - you`re quite right of course - my sincere apologies to the original poster.

My only excuse is it was early in the morning, and way, way past my bedtime....

FIRMTweak v1.34.03 ( released and available for download from the site) supports region 2 version 4.05 and region 1 version 4.01 for the Samsung DVD-611. The program should also work with newer firmwares.
