Due to tight budget constraints I was thinking of getting one of these instead of an AV amp and 6 speaker combo (I want DTS). Can anyone give any comments regarding the the perfomance of the digitheatre - is it any good or should I wait and get a AV amp and 6 speaker set up.

I`ve had the videologic DTS for about a month now and have found that dd5.1 is good, but DTS is very good with no distortion at high volume ( just ask my neighbours !!!!!) It also plays my MP3`s ok when connected to my cheapo Alba 103

Thanks. I read the review and it sounded impressive. I just want to get some views from people who own one and use it in the `real world`.
