Page 1 of rear surround speakers for panasonic dmr e55

ordered my dmr e55,now i want rear speakers.never had rear speakers before so how do the wires connect to the dmr e55 ,will any speakers do ??
any help will be much appriciated *.

Isn`t that just a DVD recorder?
As with a player you will need to connect it to some form of amplification and the speakers to that..

yeh its a dvd recorder.do the connections on the back connect to speakers some how ?

this is just a dvd recorder it doesnt have any amplifier in it at all u will need a amp/receiver which your speakers plug into then a cable either analogue or digital connection from your dvd recorder depends on your type of amp etc

ok, now i can`t attach speakers to my dvd recorder,i`m looking for a 24" widescreen tv where speakers can be attached to the back.
my bruv has a 28" widescreen panasonic tv where speaker wire just clips in at the back,and i want the same set up.
not looking to spend too much !
