Page 1 of need a very quick recommendation, please

i need a multi region out of the box for under a £100 from a high street store, asap. i got one from argos once, I have a remote hackable one also, but this is for an elderly person so i need something simple.

Terrific wee thing and remote hackable.

Samsung 235D only £70 from Curry`s and it tells you how to hack it. More expensive than the Pacific, but it`s a leading brand and you said you had £100 to spend. If you go into Curry`s they`ve probably have Philips and LG one`s in that price bracket which should also be hackable.

I have to agree with bowfer, I`ve got a Pacific 1002 and it really is a great machine. Definetly one to check out!

I`ve also got the Pacific 1002 for the bedroom. Good for the money.
