Very good
Recording in LP OR EP?
I record most TV stuff in LP
Connecting a DVD Player for back ups?----------Ok but need Macro free DVD player/lead - I find DVD writer easyier and keeps menu.
The best DVD-R to use?
The only make I had problems with was "Mirror" - For best I use "Traxdata" but "Datasafe" and "Nugen" work well.

you may also need a pure pal output ;) hence it`s better to get a dvd player that does this as well as removing macro/cgms(whatever :/ ) something like a p&b or matrix player as they are only 55quid ish from most computer fair`s

Ya know, I have one of them here I haven`t even opened yet....must run it through the info prog to find out it`s manufacturing code...

Oh, and echo to the comments above, although all I usually do is use it as a failsafe when my Sky+ goes TU, or transferring my VHS or VCD`s (which isn`t very often tbh, think it`s burned about 10 or 12 discs so far!!)

I really should sell it! Lol
