Views on the Denon SCAV flat speakers / Yamaha HTR 5640 amplifier

Hello
I`m upgrading system, and wanted to get some opinions from you good people... Has anyone got a set of these speakers, and are they any good? I`m thinking of putting them on a Yamaha HTR 5640 Amplifier, so if anyone has any better suggestions (for either speakers or amplifier - max price of £450 all in) please reply.
