Any1 know where the cheapet place to get a scart to rf lead as portable TV doesnt have scart socket & want to link up to DVD player
Note : not for me hence why cheapest :)
Thanks
I started a thread a while ago as I had the same problem. The general answer was you can`t get Scart to RF leads as the signal can`t be converted. One`s digital and the other`s analogue. Personally, I bit the bullet and bought a cheap tv/video all in one thing from tesco
get a cheap vhs to stick betwixt the dvd and the tv

Who told ya that?
Crapola!! They Lied!
Well, ok, technically you can`t buy a scart to RF lead in one, but you can buy an RF Remodulator with a scart socket!!
It defeats the purpose a bit as it cuts down and degrades the signla, but if this is for a kids bedroom, etc, then they generally don`t care.
No idea on cost, been a while since I went down this route for someone, but the cheapest I found at the time was in B&Q (yeah, the DIY shop!!) for one of those "outside your front door" camera systems.
All it does is take the scart input, and then output it on a TV UHF channel, so a bit of messing with settings may be required.

I think that a cheap portable tv (with scart socket) will be your best option.
