Page 1 of Logix 3000 vs Scan 2000

Hi,

From what I can tell these two players are the same, or at least to the old Scan.

Does anybody know if:

1. Is the Logix 3000 identical to the Scan 2000?
2. Can you use the new Scan firmwares to update the Logix?
3. Is the Scan 2000 any different to the old Scan hardware wise?
4. Are Logix still updating/supporting their player?

I had owned a logix for 7 days and it went straight back. skipping, menu popping up and box kept appearing during films and the odd subtitle popped up in french,german e.t.c....Overall crap.....Although its features is what everybody wants pitty its let down by quality.....

I think also its a very early non upgrade version of the scan 2000.

Look at the LB900 or LB1000 from www.labways.com it has all the features and is upgradable.
