Page 1 of Scan 2000

Ordered one of these on Friday, for delivery this morning.
It has not turned up, and every time I telephone scan, as soon as I say "can you tell me where my dvd player is", the nice chap on the other end of the line hangs up on me!!!
I have to say, Ive heard of bad custmer service, but this takes the biscuit!

I found the service to be excellent the last time I had to use it GM. I had a drop and pick organised after a firmware upgrade went wrong, and after I quoted my RMA number to the person at Scan Retums I was told when it was dispatched. I also asked which courier was being used, and if I could get the ref for them.

Got all the info I required and my DVD player was delivered between the times I was told on the phone.

Bear with them keep on trying the customer services number and if that fails email nelley at yellen[at].ku.oc.nacs

The customer service has improved big time recently so a bit of perserverance should pay off.

oh well, took the day off work so somebody would be in to recieve this package, and guess what?? It hasn`t turned up!
Gonna have to take another day off tomorrow now, gonna demand loss of earnings compensation though, coz I paid for next day delivery, and I didnt get it...hence breach of contract to my mind

You have had it easy mate -im on my 5th machine since january and i`ve had to take off about 7 days from work.

If you can get compensation i would like to know.-lol

Jeeez, wish somebody would of told me that before I ordered, I wouldnt of bothered!!

GM, just search for Scan 2000. You will be amazed at the number of threads!

Xeno, So how much extra on the £175 do you reckon it has cost you to have the days off work?

I wouldent let my experiences put anyone off as my situation has been unique.Scan make the best value for money player on the market.
