What`s the best home cinema for £200?

Flesh Eater (Harmless) posted this on Thursday, 22nd May 2003, 20:30

I just bought a Sony DAV-S300 in the Richer Sounds sale this week but I discovered that it is not remote hackable, even though I was advised it was!
Obviously I`d love to get a better Sony or a decent brand but any reccomendations would be appreciated. Maybe there are some good offers on at the moment too?

Thanks a lot.

Check out the Roadstar DVD-5104 PSPK, dvd player with amp & 6 speakers. I got it on sale, so not sure what the real UK price is now. Excellent video & audio reproduction. I am very happy with this system. 200 watts audio output. It can also be made code free using the remote control. It`s got SVCD/VCD/MP3/PAL/NTSC/DTS/JPEG/RDS radio.. you name it, it will even make the coffee!!

Don`t Richer Sounds let you take their goods back if they`re not suitable? If so you can exchange this.

Sorry if you already know this - just a thought.
