32" Widesceen advice

It`s all TV TV TV nowadays. Anyway another thread for you...

After winning on the bingo (no, seriously) I decided to buy a new TV. I`m looking for a 32" widescreen. Looking to pay about £500 including a stand.

Options I`m looking at:

Sharp 32JW73H (only this one has flat screen)
LG 32CZ10RX
Philips 32PW6006

I read the threads about the LG - thought it looked good, then wasn`t sure - also I haven`t seen any of these close up.

Any suggestions/advice appreciated.

You could consider a Matsui 32" widescreen from Curry`s. Apparently from what I have read, they are quite good. I posted a "please review" thread for this set as i`m buying one and got alot of good feedback.

It`s only 379.99 inc vat with matching stand, buy now pay 2004 at currys and with the change you could by a PS2 or decent DVD player to use with it.....

I wanted to steer away from Matsui etc. Always considered them a cheapo brand. Buyt I`ll read your thread. Cheers.

No problem, i was going to buy an expensive set but thought, hey, this matsui is very good, in comparison, it might not do all the fancy stuff like picture in picture and stuff buy hey, for 379 who`s complaining, the picture looked tremendous to me, better than alot of the expensive makes like JVC that the set was stood next to on the display.

PLUS, it wasn;t silver......
