Encore450/Warfdale WILL NOT PLAY BEASTIE ANTHOLOGY!!!

You can forget about buying the Beastie Boys Anthology DVD if you own either of these players. Playing the regular videos in sequence works fine but if you go to the menu and select a different angle or different remix, hit play, and it will just put up a blank screen and return to the menu you came from!! This is the case for me (on my Encore450) and also someone on the BeastieBoys.com BBS who owns a Warfdale (which is basically the same player if I`m not mistaken). I know this isn`t a problem with the disk because it works without a problem on my PC.
Any advice on what I should do? Should I send the player back and get a refund? Or maybe Encore will release an upgrade to combat the problem?

Ring Encore on 01895 450450 speak to Mark Rutland in Tech Support.
And, no the Wharfey is not the same as the Encore - hasn`t got an on-board decoder for a start. And the Wharfey is a damned sight more attractive !!!

That`s too bad, because being able to select different angles and remixes on the fly is pretty cool for the Beastie Boys videos!! The Scan SC-2000 plays everything perfectly!
