I got one on Wednesday. The movies are basically crap, but what made it a very special buy for me is that it plays MPEG1, layer 2 audio files (MP2s). These are what you get if you record from a DAB tuner like the Psion Wavefinder, the Terratec Box etc, or from digital radio on PCI satellite TV cards. Not only does it play them, it also lets you fast forward or reverse them - the first piece of hardware that I have found that has this facility. As a DVD player, it has lots of connectivity options, including coax digital. I like it, though it does tend to `tick` a bit with some discs, especially normal audio CDRs.

Thanks, Small-Mountain.
Have noted your comments, I`m not sure I`ll push the boat though.

Thanks again,
Gerry.
