Page 1 of Shaolin soccer dvd won`t play on sony 725. Anybody else had same problem?????

I recently bought shaolin soccer on dvd from coolasop but can`t get it to work on my sony, other r3 dvd`s work o.k and i`ve even tried setting it to r3 manually but no luck. It seems to just keep spinning and stopping, do you think this is a dodgy disk. Thing is it seems to play on my cyberhome dvd player.

Any ideas appreciated!!!!!

Shaolin Soccer is a Region ` ALL` DVD but i have had problems playing it on certain DVD players, on my Sumsung 709 player, the movie would skip and become pixelated and would eventually freeze.

The same thing happened on my Jap PS2, US X-Box and PC using PowerDVD.

But it seems to run perfectly on my Wharfdale M5.
