No one seems to want to answer, but perhaps a price guide would help. For me I have the 36" Toshiba Picture screen, so logically I`de go for the 32" version. Of the makes you name my preference would be the Panasonic. If Sony are in your price range then that is surley another alternative. I seem to remember Thompson & Sharp don`t have too good a back up.

I know it`s not a 32" but my good lady and I got a Toshiba 28Z07B last week and were quite honestly blown away with the sound/picture.I can only assume that the 32" will be as good if not better. To be honest the 28" looks bigger, then again I keep telling my wife that 6" is really 9" :)
PS It`s Dolby Pro-Logic ,3 scart sockets, you can add extra speakers for the front and a Sub-Woofer as well . Also there are loads of sound set-ups, Stadium/Hall etc. .

I`ve had the Toshiba 28Z07B for nearly a year now and am still amazed at the quality of the picture and have not seen anything to better it.

If the 28Z07B is anything to go buy I`d recommend the 32". Not sure if it is Pro-logic but I`d guess that it is, so you WILL be pleasantly surprised at the sound.
