Is theTosh SD100E Multiregion-can it be?

I`m thinking of buying a budget player and along with things like the Scan 2000 etc the Tosh 100E is on my list - does nayone know if it can be made to be multi-region, if so how?

It can hava a hardware mod or a software download.
