HI I WAS WONDERING WHATS THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN NORMAL VCD AND SVCD!!

A VCD uses the MPEGAV (I believe it is MPEG-1), and the SVCD is MPEG2. In other words, SVCD is slightly higher quality.
