RE: whats the diffrence between SVCD AND VCD

A VCD uses the MPEGAV (I believe it is MPEG-1), and the SVCD is MPEG2. In other words, SVCD is slightly higher quality.

Alba DVD106 & VCDs?

Is there a way to make it play VCDs? Possibly something that doesn`t mean opening it up? I tried making a VCD with Nero on a CDRW and it just said invalid disc. It played music from a CDRW fine, but I was wondering if there is something to make VCDs work.
