HAS ANYONE GOT A MULTI REGION HACK FOR THE TECHNIKA LCD19DVDID-108
COMBI DVD/TV FROM TESCO.

Try this: -
Technika DVD-108
Press the Open button on the front of the player
Press the Setup button on your remote control
Using the Left button on your remote control, change the display to the Preference Page
Press the Down button on your remote control to highlight the Set TV Standard option
Using your remote control, press the buttons 4, 9, 5, 4 and 0, in order, one at a time NB: You
may need to perform this step quicker if this doesn`t work as expected
The onscreen display will display the currently selected region
Using the Up and Down buttons on your remote control, change the region to 1 for region 1, 2
for region 2, and so on, or 0 for multi-region playback
Press the Setup button on your remote control
Power Off your player
Power On your player

Thanks for the help but this does not work with the combi tv/dvd. The initial starting instructions do not work when trying to get up the preference page it does not appear on the screen

Try;

1. make sure disc drive is empty
2. when you see `no disc` displayed press 9 7 3 5
3. scroll to `region`, press r/hand arrow to highlight default region
4. select region 0 for multi region playback
5. scroll down to exit setup
6. press `ok` on remote
7. turn off tv, turn back on and voila!

This seems to work for all 15 to 22 inch lcd tv/dvd combis from technika

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately this does not work either, when putting in the 9 7 3 5 nothing appears on the screen. Cheers.

Hello i just tried the 9735 code for my Technika TV/DVD combi from tescos it worked straight away just follow those instructions again and see what happens its easy im just watching a DVD from USA after setting region code to 0 good luck . :)

it is non branded but the controler says technika on it so i thought it might be

I`ve just tried the above codes given on mine and like yours none of them work. Not sure the codes given are for the TV and DVD combined. I`ve searched and can`t seem to find one. If anyone can help, much appreciated.Thanks.

yes it works, but, on my tv /combo it wont keep the settings, i have to constantly do the setup all over again each time i want to watch a usa disc, it keeps reverting to region 2, anyone any ideas ????????????????
