DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS MACHINE WILL PLAY ALL REGIONS LIKE THE THE 850 AND IS RCE OK & MACROVISSION OK

hi mate i have a rec 900 and i can play anything on it i have SVCD VCD and Multi-regions and all play fine i have not tried the macrvision yet so dont know it is a good buy for £99 well thats wot i paid

HI found out some new stuff about this player it is realy an optim DS-8302 and britania sell it under there own name here is the region hack and macrovision hack for it
To convert this player to Multi-Region playback
1. Press the Open button on your remote control to open the disc tray
2. Press the Intro button on your remote control
3. Using your remote control, press the buttons 2, 0, 1, 1 and 0 one at a time, in order
4. The onscreen display should now read Set OK
To disable Macrovision on this player
1. Press the Open button on your remote control to open the disc tray
2. Press the Intro button on your remote control
3. Using your remote control, press the buttons 0, 7, 1, 2 and 1 one at a time, in order
4. The onscreen display should now read Set OK

I`VE GOT A REC 900 AND CANNOT FIND THE INTRO BUTTON ON THE CONTROL ANYWHERE SO IF YOU KNOW ANY OTHERS PLEASE HELP!!

There`s no intro button on the remote control for this machine. Is there another way of getting round this problem?

I cannot find an "Intro" button on my remote control either, can the macrovision be disabled?
