Have you been able to find a hack for this player yet? I bought one too and the playback is excellent but i would really like to get some region 1 disks.
If you manage to get a hack could you please e-mail it to me at

RIGHT CURSOR
RIGHT CURSOR
ENTER
PLAY
let us know if it worked...

I`m afraid this doesn`t appear to work :(
Was there a particular time, or situation, when you should input this code?
e.g. When the tray is open, etc.
