HI, I AM DESPERATELY LOOKING FOR THE HACK FOR MY MICO DVD A980 PLAYER, THE HACK ON THIS PAGE SAYS,

2)PRESS 7
3)PRESS SELECT

THEN YOU WILL BE IN A SECRET MENU, WHEN I DO THIS NOTHING HAPPENS, IF ANYONE CAN HELP IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, MY EMAIL: erehttuokram[at]moc.oohay

IF NO ONE HAS A HACK FOR ME DOES ANYONE WANNA SWAP DVD PLAYERS WITH ME THAT LIVE IN THE U.K.? THAT I CAN PLAY REGION 1 DISCS ON?

Press 77
Press ENTER on the remote control and NOT select like the older A980
You Should now be in the SECRET MENU
Change the Country Code to 13 for Multi-Region, which is autoswitching even on Hard Coded DVD discs.
To disable Macrovision change the 1 to a 0
Please Note: Some users have reported that 77 does not always work but have found that 76,75 or 74 sometimes works instead. Strange but true
It also appears that the Firmware has changed slightly and the the Macrovision resets itself once the player is put into standby mode.

Hi, thanx for the reply, but believe it or not that still doesn`t work, do you or anyone know of someone that can stick a new chip in this machine ? I cant find any info on it for some reason, i have tried all the hacks and still no luck, any suggestions?
