is there any way i can tape region 1 dvds after converting to multi region using the hack.

If you can disable Macrovision on this machine then you probably can record region 1 films onto VHS, If not you will more than likely get the typical macro interference.... Jump picture, Colour fade Etc......

thanks for your reply. as i said i have used the hack to change to multi region and it is fine. excuse my ignorance but is disabling the macrovision something different if so how do you disable it? when attempting to tape aregion 1 dvd the vcr starts to tape but then stops and END is displayed. thanks for all your help.... J.B.
