Make sure there is no disc in the drive and the tray is closed. On the remote press SETUP then on the front panelpress

NEXT
You should then get a loophole menu and can set the region code.
Hope this helps. Is the machine any good. I saw them in LIDL last night but didn`t want to buy one until I had found a hack. Got the hack, went back to the shop and they were all sold out. Will have to find another budget model for the kids room.

The hack works perfectly. What is the proceedure for setting the region code?

When you are in the menu area just press your down button once then press right and move up to region 1, that is what I done and it worked for me only trouble is I think you have to do this everytime you wanna watch a diff region disc if anyone knows other please tell ...lol

This is the same hack for an obscure unit called Classic DVD-102. This is a brand that`s been available in the New York metro area for a long time now. Their not flying off the store shelvs too quickly because nobody knows the brand name. The New York based P.C. Richards and Sons should have a good number of these units on hand. National Wholesale Liquidators may have limited stock.
